  • I led the creative development of Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s email marketing—collaborating with strategy, execution, and loyalty teams to concept, design, and produce micro-campaigns and brand partnerships that reached millions of guests.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe blends vibrant flavor with feel-good energy, offering a fresh, fast escape from the everyday. Known for its bold smoothies, balanced wraps, and wholesome bowls, the brand serves up better-for-you options that don’t sacrifice taste. With a laid-back, beachy vibe and a focus on fueling your lifestyle, Tropical Smoothie Cafe inspires a brighter way to eat and live. It’s a place where health meets happiness—and where every visit feels like a mini vacation.

Fresh Blends, Seamless Sends

We led CRM strategy and execution for Tropical Smoothie Café, creating a flexible, responsive design system in Figma and fully integrating it with Braze.

Over 100 email and mobile campaigns were launched using the system, featuring bold visuals, dynamic content blocks, and personalization that kept each message relevant and on-brand. From loyalty journeys to product launches — including major sponsorships with the NFL and Disney — we brought fresh energy to every guest touchpoint: bright, efficient, and built to scale.

Behind The Blenders

Behind the Blenders is a crave-worthy email series we created to take guests beyond the menu and into the story behind their favorite blends.

Each edition gives a behind-the-scenes look at a featured product — often a bestseller or limited-time offer — from how it's crafted in-café to where the ingredients are sourced. Every email was fully themed to match the product’s flavor profile and mood, using rich visuals, vibrant layouts, and custom content to bring the journey to life.

From tropical fruits picked at peak season to the way each smoothie is blended fresh to order, the series invited users into the process, making every sip feel more intentional. It wasn’t just an email — it was a flavor experience.
